Gerry McHugh, (Above) Stormont M.P has split with his Party (Sinn Fein) and is going Independent,  "I feel the direction Sinn Fein is taking is more about appeasement of the British government and administrating British rule in Ireland rather than working towards the end of British occupation." 

Sinn Fein councillors in Strabane have been unable to fill their positions on the area's District Policing Partnership. The party was entitled to five places, but could only find three candidates willing to take part. The two spare posts were offered to DUP councillors hours before the deadline for nominations expired on Tuesday. The inability to fill the positions followed weeks of internal wrangling within Sinn Fein. Sinn Fein West Tyrone MP Pat Doherty said he was disappointed the party's group on Strabane District Council did not to reach agreement on its full complement. "Sinn Fein is fully committed to engaging with all of the policing structures," he said. "I am confident that right across the north we will continue to provide constructive leadership in ensuring accountable policing that serves people in the communities we represent."

Mr Justice Weir has identified Chief Inspector Philip Marshall and Constable Fiona Cooper as being guilty of "deliberate and calculated deception", who admitted to the courts that they had falsified evidence which, had it been believed, could have put innocent man Sean Hoey, a Catholic, in Jail for the rest of his life. Justice Weir went described it as a, "most disturbing situation", Mr Justice Weir said: "The explanation as to how their untruths came to be told and the deliberate attempts, as I am satisfied they were, to conceal what the defence not unfairly characterised as the 'beefing up' of the initial statement of Constable Cooper, PSNI, are deeply disquieting." Under cross-examination during the trial Chief Inspector Marshall PSNI, claimed that he had been ordered by senior officers in the Omagh Bombing investigation to "beef up" witness statementS. This is political policing, what is the difference between the PSNI and the RUC.? ... NONE!! 

PSNI Deny Catholic Home Arson Was Sectarian?

The PSNI annoyed a Catholic family on the Ormeau Road 11th Dec, when they told them that the burning of their home whilst the family were in bed was not sectarian, even though UDA slogans had been scrawled on their home, sectarian slogans like "get out Fenian Bastards" had been shouted at them. But the family refused to accept their view, what has changed?

Paddy Murray ? Why is the NIO seeking A Public Immunity Certificate .. are they condemning him to death ? 

The last time a public immunity certificate was sought it surrounded Denis Donaldson but then the case collapsed – stormontgate, and then Mr. Donaldson was brutally murdered, surely it is not a big stretch of the imagination to consider that this man Paddy Murray could end up the same way.  In the past Public Immunity Certificates have been used to prevent the identification of key informers, police officers and soldiers involved in some of the most controversial killings of the Troubles. In 2000, Geoff Hoon, the then defence minister, issued certificates to prevent British security-force agents and their military handlers from being identified at the Bloody Sunday Tribunal. I think this is indicitive one way or the other that the British Dirty Tricks Brigade is still in full operation. 

STUFF YOUR £1,000,000 HUGH ORDE

Hugh Orde, above, with a Local News Media Man, after being wined and dined in Belfast's Plush Europa Hotel, suddenly amazed the Irish Nationalist/Republican people  when he said on Thursday (Radio 6th Dec.) I would give a £1,000,000 to anyone who would inform on those involved in recent shooting incidents . Personally I think this is the worst stab in the back he could give to Sinn Fein, he is almost laughing at how easy it is to buy some republicans, which conjures up images of the collusion days of Stakeknife and Denis Donaldson, one exiled from his country in shame another shot dead in sad desolation and loneliness .. and all because they took heed to peelers talking about huge abouts of money. Historically in Ireland Irish people mistrust Peelers who speak about money  and information in the one breathe. Personally I think it is insulting for him to speak to Irish people in that fashion.... your obscenity has COST you my indifference Hughie. Historically there has been too many injustices here in the six counties on the word of paid informers, too many innocent Irish people have lost their lives through their misinformation all to obtain their blood money.  That £1,000.000 might be better spent on stopping the ethnic cleansing of Catholic farming families in the Ballymena area, and the attacks on Catholic schools there, where a Holy Cross type incident is just waiting to happen.
